Overview
Beth is a senior faculty member in the Business Division at Gogebic Community College.
Her areas of expertise include Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Communications, and
Leadership. Beth received her M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business.
She also earned her B.B.A. from The University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Beth brings over 25 years of business experience to the community. Before teaching
at Gogebic, she was a senior manager at General Electric’s Healthcare division, leading
various organizational teams. At GE, Beth ran numerous internal training sessions
in the areas of project management, communication, finance, and leadership. Additionally,
Beth has worked in London, England for Credit Suisse First Boston performing research
and valuation within the European Capital Markets. She started her professional career
in the audit division of public accounting working for Ernst & Young. Beth lives in
Bessemer, Michigan with her husband Bill and their two children.
