NEXT COHORT STARTS ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2023
Gogebic Community College (GCC) is excited to offer Introduction to Manufacturing Basic Operations (10-week training) and Introduction to Robot System Operations (12-week training). Each class is comprised of between six to eight individuals, and features hands-on training in the Skilled Trades Center in Ironwood, MI. Students will learn the basic skills to take on sought-after manufacturing jobs in our region.
Introduction to Manufacturing Basic Operations- Course starts on a rolling basis. Course runs for 8 weeks.
Tues & Thurs evenings
Lectures will be recorded and posted to our class page. Flexible self-paced learning is an option.
Labs Fri open 11 AM-7 PM
Labs will require the participant to be in-person a couple of hours each week. Pick a time on Friday between 11 AM-7 PM to complete your hands on work.
Introduction to Robot System Operations - Course starts on a rolling basis. Course runs for 10-12 weeks.
Mon & Wednesday evenings
Lectures will be recorded and posted to our class page. Flexible self-paced learning is an option.
Labs Saturday
Labs will require the participant to be in-person a couple of hours each week.
