Under the guidance of licensed instructors and industry experts, each step of the construction — from framing and insulation to cabinetry and finishes — meets professional standards.

Tiny Home Open House

Bidding Process
Bids will be due to Gogebic Community College on July 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM (CST).
The minimum bid on the 2025 Tiny Home is $99,500. Sealed bids will need to be sent to the following address:
