GCC, Cold Iron to Offer Beer Brewing Course

In the spirit of Octoberfest, Gogebic Community College in collaboration with Cold Iron Brewery will offer an Introduction to Beer Brewing class for individuals interested in learning the art and science of producing craft brewed beverages in a microbrewery. BRW 101 will introduce individuals to beer styles, ingredient measurements, beer flavors, and other aspects of beer brewing.
