Nursing Programs State Approval

Gogebic Community College Allied Health Associate and Practical Nursing programs are approved by the Michigan Board of Nursing.

Upon satisfactory completion of the nursing program requirements, students are eligible to apply to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for registered or practical nursing. Upon passing the NCLEX Exam, the candidate is eligible for licensure, provided the candidate has satisfied all Board of Nursing requirements.
